Fountains of chocolate line the walls at Venchi near Union Square. The chocolate and gelato shop is selling an assortment of fine chocolates and chocolate bars (which can be purchased at the counter or from bins lining the walls), and Italian gelato in flavors like extra-dark chocolate, pistachio and mango. The gelato is available by cup and cone. But the centerpiece of the shop is the triangular seating area in the back where shoppers can enjoy their treats surrounded by walls of free-flowing chocolate. It's quite a sight to see. Venchi chocolates date back to 1878.
