This rustic spot is perfect for sharing a cocktail or glass of wine.  Chef Mike Poiarkoff is using a wood-fired oven to craft artfully inspired dishes made with sustainable, farm fresh ingredients. Look for things like Cast Iron Chicken with shallots, a Butcher's Cut Steak with a smoked marrow béarnaise, and Market Fish with bok choy and leeks in an herb-butter broth.  Desserts include Chocolate Guinness Cake, Buttermilk Panna Cotta and Dark Chocolate Pot de Creme with marshmallow and graham cracker.
