Whole Foods at Bryant Park has arrived. This location operates more like a giant food court than a market. There is omakase at Kano by Genji Sushi, pizza, pasta and sandwiches by Frankies Spuntino, and the Harbor Bar serving cocktails and 24 beers on tap as well as fresh oysters, lobster rolls and small plates in partnership with Chef Daniel Boulud. Most of the action is on the second floor where there is a well-stocked cheese station with a knowledgable staff, a seafood market, butcher shop and open-air bakery. On the ground level is a full service coffee shop, with a nice selection of muffins, along with fresh produce, cut flowers and a Whole Body shop. There is ample seating available on the second floor or grab something to go and head to the park.
