Win Son Bakery brings Taiwanese specialties to East Williamsburg. The bright cafe is offering an array of Taiwanese-American dishes like egg-and-cheese milk buns, sesame mochi doughnuts, Kavelan canelés, pine-nut sun cookies, and black sugar egg custard tarts. Dinner brings milk bread sandwiches, imperial-glazed Taiwanese fried chicken, spiced jojos, and scallion pancakes. Salads and cold, small vegetables bites called xiǎochī are also on the menu. A full drink program will be available at night include Taiwan and craft beers naturally made wines and cocktails.
