Fish doesn’t get much fresher than this. Especially when the restaurant's owner also operates the fish farm. That is the secret to Wokuni, a spacious restaurant with towering ceilings, open kitchen and sushi bar. Grilled items, including Yakitori skewers, roast duck and lamb chops are offered, but the seafood is the real reward. It's brought in from a sustainable fish farm in Japan's Furukawa Bay. Bluefin tuna finds its way into signature dishes, like Maguro Tail Steak with teriyaki sauce, as well as sushi and sashimi. Yellowtail, King Salmon, Golden Eye Snapper and Sea Eel are also available a la carte or as a full omakase. Wokuni is worth seeking out.
