Xu' Public House is bringing two distinct flavors from China together in a sylish setting. Located near NYC's Union Square Park, Xu's has hired Shanghai-based chef Louis Shen and Cantonese-based chef Ryan Cai to lead the kitchen. The result is an eclectic menu celebrating Chinese culture. Dishes include several types of soup dumplings, King Crab Tiger Prawn Bisque, YangZhou Noodle in Pork Bone Broth with pork belly and lava egg, Live Blue Crab with rice cake, Sautéed Tiger Prawn & Lobster Risotto, and Stir-Fried Miyazaki Wagyu Beef. Desserts include Tao Jiao Egg Tarts and Lotus Seed Black Swan Pastry. An assortment of medicinal teas are also offered.
