Yama Ramen arrives in Midtown, just steps away from Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall. Among the dishes being offered is Tonkotsu, a 12-hour pork bone broth with braised pork belly, and shrimp dumplings that kinda resemble Cousin It from the Addams Family.  The restaurant is also offering rice bowls, including poke, and a large assortment of sushi and sashimi. Teriyaki bento boxes are available for lunch. The setting is casual with attentive service.
