After a 2-Year wait, Yong Kang Street, a dim sum and noodle shop, has finally opened its doors. The restaurant, located in Koreatown, is offering a mix of Japanese and Taiwanese fare. Look for dishes like Shrimp Shao Mai with mushrooms and Spicy Chili Shrimp Pork Dumplings that arrive in a spicy broth. Also from the kitchen comes Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup and Japanese Ramen with Pork Tonkatsu. Rice bowls range from Shrimp Tempura to Roast Duck and Taiwanese Beef served with seaweed salad and edamame. Several types of bubble tea are also available. Diners can sit at tables or several counter seats overlooking the open kitchen. Yong Kang Street has a second location inside Turnstyle at Columbus Circle.
