The New York Giants who are often referred to as the G-Men or Big Blue are one of the most historic NFL franchises. The Giants were purchased by Tim Mara in 1925 for a mere $500 which proved to be a great investment by the Mara family. They were then given their name to match the New York Giants baseball team who they would share a home field with.

Since the birth of the Super Bowl the Giants are tied with the Green Bay Packers for 4th most Super Bowl wins with 4. The Giants won their Super Bowls in 1986, 1990, 2007 and 2011 respectively. The 1986 and 1990 Super Bowls were headlined by Hall of Fame linebacker Lawrence Taylor and coach Bill Parcells. While the more recent 2007 and 2011 titles were lead by quarterback Eli Manning and coach Tom Coughlin with both of their Super Bowl victories coming over the New England Patriots.

The Giants since their creation have had a few major homes. This included the Polo Grounds in Manhattan, Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, and Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Giants are currently playing their home games at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
