CitiEats: The Eggbini at Konbini in KTown

CitiEats is a new series focusing on standout dishes at New York City restaurants. Konbini, an all-day Japanese cafe, is becoming a trendsetter with its new Eggbini sandwich. Served on house-made brioche toast, the egg sandwich (available from 9 am to 4 pm) is offered with a signature white cheese sauce or spicy mayo. Diners have several add-on options, including avoccado, bacon, ham, cheese and sausage. It's fast-becoming a "must have" dish.
