Maki a Mano, the new multi-concept venue at Chelsea Market, is taking the wraps off its new record bar, N’Between.
N'Between is Maki a Mano's take on the traditional Izakaya concept. This bar space offers a visual feast with its staple Izakaya elements and quick bite offerings. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of Japanese-crafted cocktails, whiskeys, and sakes while immersing themselves in the vibrant Hi-Fi sound system.
N’Between’s cocktail menu is curated by Bar Manager Sheldon Wong, who has had over 10 years of industry experience ranging from fine dining to craft cocktail bars. Wong aims to draw on his rich knowledge of Japanese style of bartending, offering a creative take on the art of craft cocktail making.
Highlights include: Unmade Bed with House Spiced Rum, Batavia Arrack, Sudachi, Plum and Sansho; Viewer Discretion Advised a mix of Gin, Cava, Shiso, Papaya, Thai Tea, Lemon, Passion Fruit and Egg White; and Morning Glory made with Shochu, Toki, Cocoa Puffs, Sesame, Assam, Jaggery and Hokkaido Milk Cream.
Whether indulging in hand rolls, Japanese cocktails, or savoring shaved ice desserts, visitors at Maki a Mano can expect an unforgettable journey through the flavors and culture of Japan.
