The Great Chestnut Experiment will bring its chestnut-focused menu to Bryant Park’s Holiday Market from October 25 through January 5. Offering seasonal treats from pastry chef Emma Scanlon and others like chestnut fudge, chestnut shortbread, and chestnut brownies, this pop-up is reviving the American chestnut tradition with North American-sourced ingredients.
