Marc Forgione's Trattoria One Fifth kicks off 2025 with The Gilda, a Basque-inspired pizza created in collaboration with James Beard Award-winning Chef Jamie Bissonnette. Available only in January, this limited-edition pie features red sauce, Cantabrian anchovies, pickled guindillas peppers, manzanilla olives, Idiazabal cheese, and scallion oil.
