Pride is on across New York City and here are some of the festivities on tap.
Jean-Georges restaurants will be offering a special pride cocktail called Love Wins Every Thyme with $1 from each going to charity.
The Paley Center for Media is hosting A Salute to LGBTQ+ Achievements in Television through June 30.
Starting Friday, June 7, and continuing throughout June, visitors are invited to join Whitney education staff on Queer History Walks in the Meatpacking District. On Friday, June 14, the museum will host Queer Teen Night.
Jane's Life-Changing Baked Goods , the home of the Pie Crust Cookie, and Zola Bakes , known for its modern twist on the Rainbow Cookie, have joined forces to create the Pride Crust Cookie. A percentage of all proceeds will be donated to The Trevor Project.
Creamline, known for its American classics, is partnering with Economy Candy to serve a rainbow Frizzles Milkshake to celebrate. On Sunday, June 30th, the day of the New York City Pride Parade, the specialty milkshake will be 50% off.
Unlisted will be hosting its first Pride event of the month on June 6 called Unruly show featuring stand-up comedy and drag performances as well as flash tattoos, specialty cocktails and DJ after-party.
Three icons from Legends of Drag —Coco LaChine, Reverend Yolanda, and Ebonee Excell— will be appearing at The Whitney on June for a vibrant evening of figure drawing and pop-up performances.
Romer Hell's Kitchen is kicking off a "Love Thy Gayborhood" initiative this June including Hell’s Kitchen Queer artist in residency Leandro Justen and Gayme Night with local influencer @lovedaddytrev on June 25th.
Rockefeller Center will be hosting a series of Pride Movie Nights at The Rink. It kicks off with a free screening of Beeban Kidron’s cult queer classic, To Wong Foo, And Thanks For Everything! Julie Newmar on Saturday, June 1 at 8pm.
Brooklyn Bridge Park will be hosting its Big Summer Pride Twirl on Saturday, June 8 with Papi Juice & Friends, featuring DJ sets by NYC luminary Venus X and dynamic duo Kia, and a performance by Essa Noche at this free, all-ages event.
The Brooklyn Museum will mark Pride Month with Fruitful, with queer and trans artists, collectives, writers, and musicians who are creating opportunities for community and joy throughout Brooklyn. Also, LGBTQ + Teen Night on June 7.
From June 1 to 30, 2024, Ellen's Stardust Diner will feature PRIDE-themed menu items and special merchandise including a rainbow shake and rainbow cake. 20% of the proceeds will go to God's Love We Deliver.
The Cathedral of Saint John the Divine will be hosting a series of Pride events throughout the month of June including Drag Story Hour and a Pride Family Picnic on the June 23rd.
The annual New York City Pride March will kick off June 30th at 12pm at 25th Street and Fifth Avenue.
