Bark, located in Time Out Market, is offering a new take on barbecue. Alongside traditional BBQ dishes like brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, turkey and rib tips, diners will also discover chicharron made Dominican-style with lots of crunchy crackling. The meats are sold by the ½ pound as well as combination plates with sides.

Bark is also selling beef ribs by the bone and pound, along with two types of sausages - beef and longaniza made with fried cheese. Sides include mac & cheese, rice & beans, sweet plantains, cole slaw and Dominican cornbread. Sandwiches are also available, along with the restaurant’s signature Bark Sauce.

Diners can sit cafeteria style inside the food hall which is loctated on the fifth floor. When the weather permits there’s also outdoor dining with killer views of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Bark Barbecue is located at 55 Water St, Brooklyn, NY
