Beefbar New York, the latest addition to Tribeca’s bustling brunch scene, is now offering a bold brunch menu crafted by Executive Chef Peter Jin, featuring his elevated takes on New York’s most-loved brunch staples. Known for its chic Monte Carlo style and world-renowned beef, Beefbar’s brunch is designed to offer something for everyone—from steak enthusiasts to fans of classic brunch favorites.
The brunch menu is full of standouts, with savory dishes like the Beefy Eggs Benedict, served with mixed greens and a honey mustard dressing for an added kick. The Brunch Burger layers a Black Angus patty with cheese and a fried egg, served with crispy frites for an indulgent start to the day. For those who crave steak at any hour, there’s Steak & Eggs, featuring Creekstone filet alongside farm-raised eggs and greens. Brunch classics also shine with the Truffle Scramble, infused with black truffle for a rich, aromatic flavor, and the Avocado Toast, topped with poached eggs and served on wheat sourdough.
