Brunch is Back at Balaboosta in West Village

Chef Einat Admony is bringing brunch back to Balaboosta (611 Hudson St) in the West Village. The brunch menu is chock full of Middle Eastern delights.
Look for dishes like Labneh za’atar (meant for sharing) with extra virgin olive oil and pita, and Hummus Basar ground beef with baharat, pine nuts and pita. Larger plates include Chicken Schnitzel with feta, mozzarella, and chrimeh; House-Made Pastrami with rosemary coffee rub, malawach, mustard, and pickled onion; Eggplant Shakshuka eggs, peppers, tomatoes, sourdough toast; Einat's Feta-stuffed Lamb Burger, and Kataif-Crusted French Toast challah, halva, ice cream, and tahini.
