Burger Expert George Motz to Host 2 Pop-Ups Ahead of Restaurant Opening

Cheeseburger aficionado George Motz is hosting two burger pop-ups this month, offering his famous smash burgers featuring exclusively Organic Valley American cheese. The first pop-up will be held Thursday, December 8th at Farrell's Bar & Grill, 215 Prospect Park West in Brooklyn from 5pm - 9pm. The second pop-up will be held in the Hamptons on Saturday, December 17th at the Little Gull Café, 54 N Phillips Ave in Remsenburg-Speonk, NY.
Motz says he plans to open the “burger joint of his dreams” next Spring at 51 MacDougal Street in SoHo. The restaurant will be called Hamburger America. Stay tuned.
