Chanson Le Salon Opens in Tribeca

The Chanson Brand’s newest concept, Chanson Le Salon, arrives in TriBeCa on the picturesque corner of Harrison & Greenwich Street. Draped in elaborate florals, the space draws its inspiration from 1930s French style with intimate booths lining the perimeter of the dining room along with a sweeping Calacatta Viola marble bar. Guests can enjoy daily-made baked goods, flavorful refreshments, and refined French cuisine.
”Le Salon offers fine dining that is approachable yet elevated. We hope to provide a destination where guests can enjoy exceptional cuisine and beverages in a welcoming space with a sophisticated, living room feel,” said Executive Chef Frédéric Robert.
Chef Robert is focusing on seasonal ingredients from top purveyors, such as salmon from Prince Edward Island, vegetables from the Union Square GreenMarket, duck from Crescent Farm on Long Island, and more. Look for menu standouts like Lobster Bisque and Tuna Tartare. Entrées include slow-cooked Crispy Pork Belly, Filet Mignon au Poivre and Duck à l’Orange. To round out the meal, Crème Brûlée, Citrus Meringue Parfait, and Chocolate Temptation are among the must-try desserts.
Cocktails take a minimalist approach. Beverage Director Jeremy Le Blanche (Queensyard NYC, Thyme Bar) is offering elevated classics such as Cottony, a twist on the Porn Star Martini, made with Vanilla-infused Lesin Vodka, saffron tincture, and topped with champagne sorbet and cotton candy.
During daytime hours, guest will also find grab-and-go offerings from Patisserie Chanson, including treats like Kouign Amann, Croissants, and Ficelle.
