Chef David Burke Opening Park Ave Kitchen in Midtown

Park Ave Kitchen by David Burke appears ready to launch. The sparkling 90-seat modern America brasserie will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also includes a 49-seat market café.

Dinner, which officially launches on December 12th with lunch to follow the next day, features several types of oysters, Burke’s signature “Clothesline Bacon,” lobster dumplings and more. Mains include dishes such as Sea Scallops with Butternut Raviolis, Pork Chop with Garlicky Clams & Chorizo, Bison Short Ribs, and Rock Shrimp & King Crab Spaghetti, among others.

Breakfast and Grab-and-Go options range from Buttermilk Pancakes and Belgian Waffles with fresh fruits to Gruyere Popovers, a Cuban Reuben and PAK DB Burger.

Adding to Burke’s whimsical side, David Burke is adding artwork from his personal collection, including a Humpty Dumpty statue that will greet diners.
