Cocktail Time – Cocktails Brewing for National Coffee Day in NYC

In honor of National Coffee Day on September 29th, get ready for some caffeinated cocktails.
Inspired by both Vietnamese coffee and Irish coffee, the Frozen Vietnamese Coffee at TLK (58 Third Ave) in the East Village is made with coffee liqueur, Jameson Irish Whiskey, coconut foam, and grated nutmeg. The refreshing drink balances coffee and whiskey flavors with a bit of tropical coconut and is available on both regular and happy hour menu.

Loreley (7 Rivington St) on the Lower East Side is offering The Rise Nitro Cold Brew Martini is made with Rise Nitro Cold Brew, Tito’s Vodka and Kahlua liqueur. A Frozen Espresso Martini, also made with Nitro Cold Brew, Tito’s and Kahlua, comes with a smoked coffee aroma bubble that’s dropped onto the drink at the table with a dramatic puff of smoke.
