Mixologist Marino Perez Alonzo's Recuerdame is a mix of El Buho Mezcal Espadin, Mexican Rum (Charanda), Coconut Liquor, Pineapple, Lime Juice. The drink is garnished with Peychaud's Bitters and lime zest.
