In our quest to bring you some of the most innovative and classic cocktails New York City has to offer, we take you to Lodi, Chef Ignacio Mattos’ stunning new restaurant at Rockefeller Center, where you can enjoy everything from a espresso with pastry in the morning or a late-afternoon cocktail in the plaza, or new dinner service.

Among the classic cocktails by Matter House beverage manager Stacey Swenson is the Rockefeller Martini. It’s made with a choice of gin or vodka and vermouth secco served with green olives and a side of pickles.
