LGBTQ+ owned restaurant Fonda, led by Chef/Owner Roberto Santibanez, is marking Pride Month with festive Mexican creations and cocktails.
The signature cocktail is the colorful Rosalita, a hibiscus margarita made with silver tequila, hibiscus, orange liquor, lime juice, and hibiscus rim. The drink is served on the rocks or frozen and guaranteed to brighten any Pride celebrations.
Enjoy it with Zarape de Pato, Soft corn tortillas filled with braised duck, roasted tomato-habanero cream sauce and other dishes inspired by the foods of Santibanez’s native Mexico City.
Fonda operates three locations in New York and Brooklyn. For more information visit Fondarestaurant.com
