Cocktail Time - The Royale at Cosme

It’s that time of the week again, Cocktail Time. And this week we’re traveling to Cosme, the sexy Flatiron restaurant rooted in the flavors of Mexico. It’s also the perfect spot to share a cocktail or two with some Mexican bites.
The restaurant is known for its selection of margaritas including the Royale. The drink is made with Casa Dragones Blanco tequila with Giffa ds Triple Sec, lime and champagne and is served it a highball glass with a twist of lime.
It’s is light, refreshing, and our new favorite summer cooler!
