It is that time of the week again. Time for that great escape as we search for some of the best cocktails that New York City has to offer. At High Street on the Hudson’s pop-up SANDBAR, one of our favorites is Tropical Magic with toasted coconut infused rum, Rockey’s botanical, pineapple juice and pistachio orgeat. It’s served in a frothy mug with sprigs of fresh mint and a rum shot tucked inside half a lime. It’s not too sweet, very refreshing and packs a nice punch.

Another drink on the menu, Town With No Cheer, is a mix of raspberry dry cordial, aperol, sfumato amaro and prosecco. It’s served on the rocks as a high ball. The cocktail list at SANDBAR changes periodically. What doesn’t change is the originality. You can enjoy your drinks curbside or inside. You’ll want to make a few selections from the raw bar as well!
