Cocktail Time: Where to Sip a Luxurious Cocktail High Above NYC

Panorama Room, the new rooftop lounge at the Graduate Roosevelt Island, is not only known for its panoramic views, but also its cocktails. Estelle Bossy (Union Square Hospitality, Del Posto) serves as Beverage Director and is the force behind some of the sultry cocktails served.
They include the White Negroni (above) made with London dry gin, Salers aperitif, blanc quinquina, grapefruit twist, and olive.
Other cocktails come with names like the Sunset Swizzle (Mezcal, pineapple, poblano, verde, bitters), Delirious (Vodka, ume plum, mint, basil), and Sunra (Tequila, mezcal, Topo Chico, salted lime cordial, and Electricdust).
Panorama Room will also be featuring 5 specialty cocktails through Valentine’s Day on February 14th.
