After six years, noreetuh, the innovative Hawaiian restaurant in the East Village, continues to make waves. Executive Chef/Partner Chung Chow (Thomas Keller’s Per Se, Lincoln Ristorante) and Managing Partner Jin Ahn (Per Se, Jungsik), continue to work tirelessly to refine the restaurant and have now launched a long-awaited cocktail program. It features unique twists on Hawaiian-inspired, tiki cocktails like Hawaiian Firefly (above) with muddled jalapeños, Casamigos Blanco, Aperol, lime juice, passionfruit purée and agave syrup, shaken and served in a short tiki glass topped off with a sprig of rosemary; and Hawaiian Rose with Roku Gin, Lillet Rosé, rose syrup, lime juice, and lychee juice that is shaken and strained into a coupe glass that is dusted with dried rose petals.
nooretuh is located at 128 First Ave, New York, NY (646) 892-3050. For more information, visit noreetuh.com
