Momofuku Ko, the revolutionary restaurant by Chef David Chang, is closing. Tucked away in Extra Place in the Bowery, across from the former home of CBGB, Ko managed to delight the senses with its 10-course omakase and bar offerings like Duck Pie and Firefly Squid. Chang maintained two Michelin stars at Ko since 2009 and received three stars from the New York Times in 2015. It follows the closure of Momofuku SSam Bar last September at the Seaport. Ko’s final day will be November 4, 2023.
