Feeling the love with Valentine's chocolates from VESTA

It's never too soon to be thinking about Valentine's Day. VESTA, the bean-to-craft chocolate makers based in Montclair, NJ, is offering gift sets of bonbons and bars, including vegan-friendly varieties. The Valentine's LOVE Jewel Bon Bons come in six limited edition flavors ($25 for six; $45 for 12) including Strawberries & Cream, Champagne, Passion Fruit, Raspberry Rose, Milk & Honey, Spiced Maca. The Vegan Chocolate Bar Trio ($32) features Strawberries & Cream with cacao nibs, Ashwagandha Maca, and Black & White Roasted Coconut.
Husband and wife team Roger Rodriguez & Julia Choi-Rodriguez are the forces behind these unique artisanal chocolates. Prior to Vesta, Roger was the master Chocolate Maker at Cacao Prieto in Red Hook, Brooklyn. He honed his skills at several New York City's restaurants, including Jean-Georges, Gramercy Tavern, and Del Posto.
