Diners can also opt for Donburi (sushi rice bowls) such as Tekka Don with bluefin tuna, toro tartare, ikura and uni. Grilled eel and house made Chashu are also available. There’s Futomaki in combinations like king salmon, cucumber & mango, and shrimp, cucumber & spicy Kanu. The Signature Futomaki features toro, Wagyu, uni, ikira snd scallions.
