The official host hotel for the New York Comedy Festival, the Hard Rock Hotel New York (159 West 48th Street), will introduce new comedy-themed cocktails during the festival, which runs November 7-17. Guests at the hotel’s two food and beverage locations, The Venue on Music Row and Sessions Restaurant and Bar, will be able to sip on specialty libations while taking in some of the best names in comedy.
The Opening Act Cocktail is a refreshing pear spritz with LaMarca Prosecco, vodka and cinnamon sticks; The Headliner Cocktail is a blood orange margarita with tequila, Combier orange liqueur, freshly squeezed blood orange juice and lime juice, blood orange and lime wedges, and a salted rim; and the Feature Act Cocktail is a mezcal apple cider with maple syrup, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise pods, crushed cardamon pods and all spice berries. All three will be available for $20.
Acts who will perform at the Hard Rock during the festival will include Somorre, Jakoubie Young-White and the participants of the 16th Annual New York’s Funniest Stand-Up Competition, hosted by Paul Costabile.
