Head to the Hudson Valley for a One-of-a-Kind Dining Experience

Chefs Austin Johnson (One White Street, Rigor Hill Market) and Paris-based Gregory Marchand (Frenchie) are offering an exclusive, one-day-only dining eventat Rigor Hill Farm, the Hudson valley farm owned and operated by Chef Austin. The dinner marks the first time Austin and Gregory are back together since running Frenchie, where they earned a Michelin star together.
The 6-course tasting menu in the barn from Chef Austin and Chef Gregory, using the farm’s seasonal produce, accompanied by wine pairings from One White Street’s in-house sommelier, Suzanne DeStio (previously of Eleven Madison Park).
Taking place on Saturday, June 22nd at 2 PM, the day will be an immersive and interactive experience on the farm followed by a collaborative dinner. Tickets are available on a limited basis for purchase via Resy (multiple pricing options available depending on transportation).
Guest will receive welcome drinks and bites upon arrival Farm Tour led by Chef Austin Johnson, followed by field games like pétanque and bocce, as well as time to connect with both Chefs.
