Jungle Bird, the vibrant Chelsea cocktail bar known for its tropical-inspired drinks and lively atmosphere, is expanding its footprint with the upcoming opening of Shy Shy, a cozy, Pacific Northwest-inspired bar just across the street. Set to debut later this fall, Shy Shy is the brainchild of Co-Owner and Beverage Director Krissy Harris and Partner & Events Director Marissa Cheshier. The new spot will feature a refined cocktail menu designed to evoke the feeling of sipping a crisp martini at golden hour. Since opening in 2019, Jungle Bird has become a beloved destination for its playful, sophisticated cocktails, and Shy Shy promises to bring a new, intimate vibe to the Chelsea neighborhood. With its exciting new concept, the team behind Jungle Bird is continuing to make waves in New York City’s dynamic cocktail scene.
