L’Artusi Supper Club (105 Christopher Street) will offer its “Colors of Summer Supper Club Dinner” on August 12. Future dinners will be announced shortly

At these intimate dinners, chef and partner Joe Vigorito, executive sous chef Steven Shockley, and group beverage director Anncherie Saludo will present a meticulously curated six-course meal using the freshest ingredients and finest wines to delight your senses.

The August 12 menu will include Sorrel Soaked Fluke Crudo, Jalapeño and Green Coriander; Peach and Japanese Cucumber Salad With White Sesame and Yuzu; Atlantic Prawn and Cherry-Stuffed Jimmy Nardello Pepper; Sunflower and Ricotta-Stuffed Raviolo Grosso, Sunburst Tomato, Chanterelle; Seared Venison Loin with Umeboshi Plum Sauce and Fairytale Eggplant; and Blueberry Corn Spongecake, Lemonade Pot de Creme, Yellow Peach and Raspberry. Each course comes with a specific wine pairing.
