Local Female Bands to Perform at UNLISTED on the Lower East Side

UNLISTED, the rooftop venue at the Lower East Side boutique hotel, UNTITLED (3 Freeman Alley), is hosting its Sound Series V. The music lineup pays homage to local New York female up-and-coming artists and provides them with an intimate and personal space to express their talent. They include:

♦ Princess Nostalgia, an internationally-based, Roman-born electronic producer who opened for Public Enemy’s Keith Shocklee and was deemed "the forefront of a new wave of music" by Wonderland Mag. Princess Nostalgia straddles the fence between experimental and mainstream with stunning originality.

♦ Sofia D’Angelo is a singer, songwriter, DJ, and member of the indie group MICHELLE. Fusing aspirational glam aesthetics and down-to-earth lyricism, Sofia is a new kind of pop star. Her latest release, “Take It Back/Jane Goodall” is out everywhere now.

♦ Bad Kitty is a wild fusion of punk, hard rock and power-pop. The Band members come from all different music backgrounds including sexy punk, hard rock, power pop, and metal mayhem creating an eclectic shuffle for your listening pleasure.

Sound Series V takes place Friday, June 21. Doors open at 8pm and live music is played from 9pm - 1am. The price to support these local artists - $10 per person. For more information, visit untitledat3freeman.com
