Japanese retailer MUJI is expanding its footprint at Chelsea Market with the launch of its first-ever food market in America. MUJI Food Market features authentic Japanese-style sandwiches, Onigiri (rice balls), specialty beverages, and desserts, alongside MUJI’s signature home goods, apparel, and beauty products.

The food market boasts a cozy seating area around a bar counter, inviting visitors to indulge in Japanese flavors. Menu highlights include Onigiri with fillings such as Spicy Tuna, Tuna Mayo, Salmon, Karaage (fried chicken), Kombu (seaweed), and Ume (plum). Other savory options include Japanese Curry Cups and Miso Soup. For beverages, guests can savor Hojicha Lattes, Black Sesame Lattes, Honey Yuzu Tea, and Traditional Japanese Leaf-Teas, alongside espresso-based drinks like Flat Whites and Americanos.

One of the market’s standout features is Jarvis, the Artly Barista Bot, an AI-powered coffee-making robot designed to deliver high-quality, consistent coffee experiences.
