Peasant, the NoLita wood-fired haven from chef Marc Forgione, just dropped a very shareable new menu that’s practically made for your next group dinner. The “Whole Animals & Large Cuts” lineup leans all the way into the restaurant’s open-flame DNA, offering locally sourced, in-house butchered cuts slow-roasted over a custom rotisserie.

Think multi-course feasts with crackling skin, smoky tenderness, and just the right amount of drama when it hits the table. Goat, lamb, rabbit, duck, suckling pig and more are available in sizes fit for 2 to 10 guests (and yes, the prime rib is a stunner). There’s even a family-style pig dinner with sausage ‘n peppas pizza, Cacio e Pepe with pistachio pesto, and bacon chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

This is the kind of meal you make a group chat for. Just don’t forget to email ahead—these are limited, and they go fast.
