New Yorkers, grab your forks — there’s a new pasta power move happening in Flatiron

Massara, the stunner from the Rezdôra team — Chef Stefano Secchi and David Switzer — is doubling down on carbs in the best way possible with a brand-new pasta tasting menu served exclusively at the restaurant’s first-floor bar.

This isn’t your standard pasta party. For $95, diners can indulge in five knockout pasta courses, blending Campanian tradition with Massara’s modern magic. You can tack on a $95 wine pairing, if you're feeling extra saucy.

Expect mouthwatering bites like black truffle-laced cannelloni “tra Toscana e Campania,” pillow-soft gnocchi with ’ragu di nduja classica," and the show-stopping candele in a rich Genovese sauce with parmigiano. Another standout dish is the bottone de castagna — a dreamy combo of chestnut, marsala, and orange.

There’s even a luxe little starter dubbed “memories of lievito madre” topped with caviar — or opt for the smoked butter and toasted yeast vegetarian version if fish eggs aren’t your vibe.

Vegetarians are welcome — just let the staff know and they’ll tailor each course to your taste. The whole experience takes place at the elegant marble bar, making it one of the city’s chicest new ways to carb-load.

Massara’s bar-only tasting is offered every day of the week. So skip the pasta happy hour and do it full throttle — this one’s worth the splurge.
