Starting November 15, Williamsburg’s Mesiba—a vibrant Tel-Aviv-inspired restaurant by Bar Lab Hospitality, the creators of Broken Shaker—will introduce lively, weekly Shabbat dinners that blend traditional flavors with modern twists. Each dinner, hosted by Mesiba team members or special guests, will bring its own unique energy, offering a flavorful exploration of Jewish and Mediterranean cuisine.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Eli Buli, each dinner will feature a foundation of beloved dishes served family-style: creamy hummus, matboucha, Israeli salad, spicy Moroccan fish, and meatballs with artichoke, chard, and preserved lemon. Paired with fresh challah from Breads Bakery and personalized touches from each host, these dinners promise an unforgettable, community-centered experience. Guests can also enjoy an intention candle, specialty wine goblets, and a warm, inviting ambiance that sets the tone for an evening of connection and celebration.
