Michelin-Starred Chefs Collaborate for Exclusive Dinner at Restaurant Yuu

Michelin-starred Chef Yuu Shimano will host two-Michelin-starred Chef Kazuyuki Tanaka, of Racine in Champagne, France, for a two-night culinary collaboration on December 4th and 5th at Restaurant Yuu. Guests will enjoy a 14-course tasting menu featuring seasonal winter ingredients, including five amuse-bouches, three signature dishes from each chef, and two desserts—one by Chef Kazuyuki and another by Restaurant Yuu’s Executive Pastry Chef Masaki Takahashi.
Chef Kazuyuki, celebrated for his French cuisine, brings expertise honed at Michelin-starred kitchens in Japan and France. The event will have seatings at 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on December 4th, and 6:00 p.m. on December 5th. Priced at $450 per person, reservations can be made on Tock.
