Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue is marking its much-anticipated return to the city with the launch of their new LES smoker-retrofitted kitchen. Known for its low-and-slow style BBQ, Morgan’s will be operating temporarily from DoorDash Kitchen’s brick-and-mortar outpost at 196 Stanton Street. The ghost kitchen is one of only three of its kind, home to other well-known concepts like Roberta’s and DiFara pizza.
Offerings include Morgan’s world-famous smoked brisket, pork ribs, smoked chicken wings, pulled pork, and smoked turkey. Mac `n Cheese, Frito Pie, and Smoked Queso are also returning along with house-baked desserts like Fried Oreos, Bourbon Pecan Pie and Key Lime Pie. Also debuting, the “BB-Bow” sauce sampler — a rainbow array of regional barbecue sauces including (Carolina Mustard) Yellow, (Alabama) White, (Kentucky) Black and (Kansas City Molasses) Red.
Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue in Prospect Heights is also set to reopen in time for Labor Day 2021, and recently opened an outpost in Philadelphia’s King of Prussia.
