Myron Mixon’s Pitmaster Barbeque Coming to Hoboken

Myron Mixon’s Pitmaster Barbecue is coming to Hoboken.  Mixon is a 5-time world barbecue champion described as the “winningest man” in barbecue with more than 200 grand championships and 1,800 trophies.  He’s also worked as a judge and starred in such hit shows as “BBQ Pitmasters” and “Smoked.” Now Mixon, who already operates restaurants in Florida and Virginia, is bringing his barbecue know-how to the Northeast.

The Hoboken location will offer a selection of Mixon’s famous beef brisket, baby back ribs, smoked sausages, pulled pork and smoked chicken along with sides of baked beans, mac and cheese, loaded baked potato salad, and Brunswick stew. There are also snacks like hog sauce chicken wings and buffalo pork rinds. A new brisket mac-and-cheese sandwich, called The Griner,” will also be showcased at the Hoboken location.

Several salads and bowls are also being offered along with banana pudding and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Visitors can also buy all of the meats by the pound and ribs by the rack. The Hoboken location, which will seat 55 people indoors and out, is expected to open within the next few days.  Stay Tuned!
