Heading into summer there is no shortage of things to do and eat in the city. Here are just a few of them.
We finally made it to the Glace mini ice cream truck summering at Rock Center. Let’s just say the marshmallow s’mores frozen hot chocolate is as good as it looks.
Fan Fan Doughnuts is also sserving up its fresh corn & blueverry soft serve tucked inside a sugar doughnut.
Legacy Italian vinegar producer Carandini is partnering with Morgenstern’s to create a limited-edition Balsamic Ice Cream. Launching on June 15th and available through the week as supplies last, the first 50 customers at Morgenstern’s (88 W Houston St) Saturday 6/15 and Sunday 6/16 will receive a FREE scoop and Carandini balsamic vinegar glaze.
On Thursday, June 13, Frog Wine Bar will be serving up Smoke Sweats BBQ with “Tipsy King” ribs and more from 6:30pm till sold out.
Forget Joey Chestnut, the Gray Lady is hosting its Oyster Shucking and Eating Contest on Saturday 6/15 with cash prizes and drink specials all day. Start time 2pm.
Chef and forager Adam Lawrence, formerly of Saison in San Francisco, will take up residency at Fulgurances Laundromat in Brooklyn on June 25.
Daniel Boulud’s Le Gratin is offering an $8 Mini Martini Happy Hour Tuesday-Friday from 4-7pm. Cheers to that!
Wild Flour Bakery in Queens is showing off its beautiful #PrideMonth wedding cake for a special couple tying the knot.
