NYC Bites - Kitchen Paradise

If you are looking to satisfy your noodle urges in Midtown, Kitchen Paradise, a new spot of West 48th Street near Rockefeller Center, may have the answer. The restaurant offers an assortment of noodle soups and fried pulled noodles with choice of brisket, roast pork, lamb, seafood, vegetable, among others. The Roast Pork soup had a well-seasoned broth with hints of star anise and fresh cilantro.
Signature dishes include Broiled Whole Fish, Braised Pork Belly with preserved vegetables and Hot & Spicy Ribs. Chinese classics like General Tso's Chicken, Beef & Broccoli and Kung Pao Shrimp are also on the menu along with delicacies like Fish with Bitter Melon, Ox Tongue with roasted chili vinaigrette and Bullfrog with pickled pepper. An assortment of sushi is also available.
