NYC Bites: Mozzarella di Bufalo at Jupiter

If you haven’t been to Jupiter at Rockefeller Center, you need to get their fast. Aside from wonderful pastas and seafood, one dish that stood out to us is the Mozzarella di Bufala. While it may sound simple on the surface it is a truly complex dish.
At the center is a delicate morsel of marinated mozzarella served with smashed chickpeas. Hovering over the plate is roasted trevise, a prized Italian radicchio, smothered with red olives. The tantalyzing dish is drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. It is truly a masterful plate, as is much of what you will find at Jupiter, by the King team.
