The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges has set up The Mark Chalet for the up coming holiday season, a Apres Ski-inspired dining experience. The menu includes The Chalet Fondue with gruyère & vacherin cheese, bündnerfleisch, sourdough bread, broccoli potato, apple, pear & pickled cauliflower.

Restaurant Yuu (which just received a Michelin star) has added Soy Sauce Crème Brûlée to the menu. The a soy sauce caramel sauce is said to be inspired by a traditional dango mochi dish from Japan.

Moody Tongue Sushi is expanding its menu to include Hand Rolls. 9+ hand rolls will be offered every Tuesday exclusively at the restaurant’s bar counter.

Dame is serving up grilled blowfish tails with chanterelles and Marmite, a savory British spread.

Time flies. Tsuta Ramen in DUMBO is making its first Anniversary. To celebrate, the folks that run it banged on a sake cask outside to mark the occasion.

Bonnie’s is offering Prime Rib Night on Dec 5 with Westholme Wagyu Prime Rib with mashed potato and creamed pea shoots as sides, and a Chow Nai Sundae to finish it off. Limited tickets to be released on 10/20.

Frog Wine Bar in Bed-Stuy is hosting a Bar Glass Takeover by Bar Dubois on Sunday, November 19 from 5pm-late with live Jazz.

Adrew Carmellini has started offering dishes dedicated to his favorite chefs at the newly-opened Café Carmellini in NoMad. The series kicked off with Scallops Cardoz in honor of the late Floyd Cardoz who Carmellini worked with at Lespinasse in 1994. Look for other chefs to follow, including Gray Kunz, Gina Del Palma, and Tony May, among others.

Dominique Ansel Workshop has rolled out his new autumn pastry menu at the 27th Street location. One of the standouts is a Nutella Earl Grey Twist, a laminated brioche with a layer of chocolate dough and an Earl Grey-infused Nutella pastry cream.
