NYC Places That Will Get You Into The Christmas Spirit

Miracle, the Christmas-themed pop-up, is taking over Thief in Williamsburg for the holidays. Miracle on Union (595 Union Ave) will be serving holiday cocktails in a festive setting from November 23rd to December 25th.

The Skinny becoming naughty or nice. Lower East Side bar The Skinny will be transformed for the holiday season into “Naughty or Nice.” This annual holiday pop-up will continue through the end of January.

The Moxy Times Square Hotel turns pink to celebrate the holiday season. The hotel’s all-season rooftop is now “The Pink Winter Lodge,” an urban oasis featuring floor-to-ceiling pink log walls and a frosted flower arch glowing with custom pink faux antler chandeliers.

Feliz Coctelería has popped up at the Garret with holiday merriment for all. Twinkling lights, eclectic ornaments, and colorful textiles adorns the space along with lots of snowflakes, gift-wrapped tables and a life-size floating sleigh. Hanukkah-inspired blue and silver adornments & floating dreidels offer an all-encompassing holiday experience. There are also limited edition holiday drinks served in seasonal glassware.

The Greens at Pier 17 in the Seaport have been transformed into a Winter Wonderland. These private cabins with floor-to-ceiling views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline are fully heated with chalet-inspired decor and comfy banquette seating.

Le Village de Laffayette has returned for a second season. The heated outdoor chalets at Lafayette are decked out with holiday cheer. The chalets seat up to four guests and cost $125 per person. The price includes a 3-course winter menu served family-style

Dingaling is offering plenty of holiday cheer in the East Village. Its signature drink, Dubbed Rudolph the Red Nosed Grasshopper, is a blend of vodka, peppermint liquor, green chartreuse, oat milk and garnished with shaved chocolate. Dingaling is also hosting a New Year’s Eve party ($150) with open bar, champagne toast and great tunes.

The Lodge at the Winter Village is the place to be after a night of ice skating at Bryant Park. Here you can celebrate with a holday toast and enjoy some bites and shopping from nearby vendors.

The Veuve Clicquot Winter Chalet is back at Mr. Purple located on the 15th floor of Hotel Indigo on the Lower East Side. Festive cocktails, including an Apple Cider Mimosa and Frozen Hot Chocolate, are offered along with a limited menu of cheese and chocolate fondue, short rib empanadas, shrimp scampi, and pretzel bites.

If you want to be on Santa’s naughty list check out Santa's Secret at Hudson Yards. Tucked away on the fifth floor of the Shops and Restaurants (Thursdays through Sundays until January 2) you will find Santa’s Secret, a speakeasy featuring an eye-popping variety show with unique acts ranging from a stunning ballet performance to a sultry burlesque act, mouthwatering holiday-themed cocktails, and a five-piece band with lead vocals by Inyang Bassey. Ticket start at $45.

A Winter Village is coming to Governor’s Island starting December 17th at Colonel's Row. The centerpiece is a 5,000 square foot ice skating rink. Visitors will also find festive winter lights, winter games, sled rentals and fire pits, along with food and warm drinks.
