Shareable plates are key a Qanoon, a Chelsea restaurant specializing in Palestinian comfort foods. Look for dishes like Mujaddara Croquettes stuffed with lentils and caramelized onions, Fried Kibbeh balls made with ground beef and bulgur wheat, Tabbouleh Salad with parsley, mint, wheat and pomegranate seeds, along with dips like Baba Ganoush, Muhammara (a walnut-pepper spread), and Hummus.
