New Fall Cocktails Arrive at the Pebble Bar at Rock Center

Located in a stylish townhouse in the heart of Rockefeller Center, the Pebble Bar (67 West 49th Street) is introducing new cocktails and bites while debuting its newly renovated third floor bar and expanded seating.

New house cocktails, designed by head bartender Tim Sweeney [previously of Slowly Shirley, The Happiest Hour], are takes on familiar favorites. Here are some of them:

Lucille with Agua Magica Mezcal, Montenegro, Cocchi Torino and mole bitters

Pebble Bar at Rock Center, Sweet Dreams Cocktail
Sweet Dreams with Macallan 12, Cherry Heering, Benedictine, Allspice Dram, cinnamon, lemon and egg

Pebble Bar at Rock Center, The Stampede Cocktail
The Stampede with Avion Reposado Tequila, Vida Mezcal, pineapple, lime, agave and Fire Tincture Bitters

Pebble Bar at Rock Center, Cream Cocktail
C.R.E.A.M with Teeling Whiskey, Ciociaro, Fever-Tree Soda, lemon and lime

Night Train with Pebble Bar Rye, CioCiaro, Cynar and Vallet Bitters


Strokin’ with Grey Goose Vodka, Aperol, Mango, Cinnamon, Lime, Regan’s Orange Bitters

Visitors will also find all new dishes and snacks created by executive chef Carlos Barrera [previously of Major Food Group’s The Lobster Club] in collaboration with consulting chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske [of Wildair, Contra & Peoples Wine] with a nod to New York City’s global food scene.

Dishes include Oysters with yuzu kosho and shallot; Scallop Crudo with mint, pistachio, and wasabi sesame; Beef Tartare + Kaluga Caviar with violet mustard and Crab Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with shallot, jonah crab, piquillo peppers, romesco, and leek. For dessert, there is Orange Creme Brulee.
