Visitors will also find all new dishes and snacks created by executive chef Carlos Barrera [previously of Major Food Group’s The Lobster Club] in collaboration with consulting chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske [of Wildair, Contra & Peoples Wine] with a nod to New York City’s global food scene.

Dishes include Oysters with yuzu kosho and shallot; Scallop Crudo with mint, pistachio, and wasabi sesame; Beef Tartare + Kaluga Caviar with violet mustard and Crab Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with shallot, jonah crab, piquillo peppers, romesco, and leek. For dessert, there is Orange Creme Brulee.
